We apologize for any inconvenience, but as per our made-to-order model, we do not offer returns on our products. Since each item is specially made for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part. We put a great deal of care and attention into crafting each product and we believe in the quality of our work.

However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team at ssjbrandcollections@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to assist you in resolving the matter. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will do our best to address any concerns you may have.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at ssjbrandcollections@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and we’ll sort that out for you.
